I’m absolutely obsessed with Salt Pilates — it’s become my new favorite workout. I’ve started going twice a week, and it’s been amazing. The low-impact workouts are exactly what my body needed. I used to do high-impact workouts four times a week, but since switching, I feel like a whole new person. I also love that the classes are a full hour, compared to the 45-minute sessions at other studios — it really makes a difference. The studio is spotless, the staff is incredible, and the overall vibe is just perfect. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE SALT Pilates + Barre. I wake up looking forward to my afternoon class. The instructors are incredibly helpful and motivating and no two classes are ever the same so I never get bored. Highly recommend for anyone looking to feel stronger and more energized!!

I started attending SALT Pilates + Barre twice a week and it has truly become a sanctuary for me! I’m recovering from a broken ankle and have also been navigating the after effects of breast cancer treatment at 41 yrs old, so mobility, especially in my ankle and arm has been a real challenge. From day one, the instructors Katharine, Kat, Nikki, and Cassie have been incredibly supportive, attentive, and encouraging.

I’m genuinely blown away by the level of care and support they’ve given me, it’s second to none! Each of them brings such a unique, joyful energy to class and I look forward to every session! They’ve created an environment that is not only safe and accommodating but also uplifting and fun. Their kindness and motivation have helped me reconnect with my body in ways I wasn’t sure I could.

SALT isn’t just a studio, it’s a magical place where healing, strength, and laughter come together. I’m so grateful to have found an amazing place!!

I can’t say enough good things about the instructor Kat! It’s a bit intimidating trying something for the first time and Kat has such a warm and encouraging attitude with support and adjustments that feel respectful and tailored to where you’re at. She’s such a gem and makes returning again and again a joy- SALT is so lucky to have her! I recommend taking a private class to start if you’ve never done reformer Pilates so you can benefit from that close one-on-one instruction before jumping into the group classes
